Your right of withdrawal

Cancellation period

Art. L. 121-21. – Consumers have a period of fourteen days to exercise their right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, following telephone or off-premises canvassing, without having to justify their decision or bear any costs other than those provided for in Articles L. 121-21-3 to L. 121-21-5. Any clause whereby the consumer waives their right of withdrawal is void.

Exercising your right of withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by sending your request by post to “Jungle Doc Productions, 28C rue Joseph d’Olivier – 31600 MURET,” or by email to contact(a)jungledoc.com, replacing (a) with @.

Your request must be made within 14 days of placing your order and must include the following information:

• Customer’s first and last name or company name
• Contact information
• Order number
• Date the letter was sent

Product return shipping costs

All products subject to a withdrawal request must be returned at the customer’s expense to the address “Jungle Doc Productions, 28C rue Joseph d’Olivier – 31600 MURET” within a maximum of fourteen days after the date of the withdrawal request.

This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You are only liable for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice, , where applicable, a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you.
