Livraison
Your product will be shipped within a maximum of 2 business days after receipt of your payment. Deliveries are made:
- in France by Mondial Relay (delivery time 3 days). The package can be picked up at a pickup point. Or by Colissimo.
- elsewhere by Colissimo. The package will be delivered by your country’s postal service. In mailboxes in most cases.
The package prepared by us will be delivered to you within approximately 72 hours in France and 96 hours in Europe. No deadline can be announced for other countries.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. We recommend that you group your purchases into a single order. We recommend that you combine your orders. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will be charged shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk. Special care is taken with packages containing fragile items.
Packages shipped outside the European Union will be accompanied by customs documents that you may be required to pay according to the laws in force in your country.
