Your right of withdrawal

Withdrawal period

« Art. L. 121-21. – The consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, following a telephone canvassing or outside the establishment, without having to justify his decision, or to bear other costs than those provided for in articles L. 121-21-3 à L. 121-21-5. Any clause by which the consumer gives up his right of withdrawal is void. »

Use of the right of withdrawal

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending your request by free mail to the postal address: Jungle Doc Productions, 28C rue Joseph d’Olivier – 31600 MURET, or by email to contact(a)jungledoc.com, replace (a) par @.

Your request must be made within 14 days of placing your order, and must contain the following information:

  • Customer’s Last Name / First Name or Company Name
  • Contact information
  • Order number
  • Date of mailing

Product return costs

All products subject to a withdrawal request must be returned at the customer’s expense to the address: Jungle Doc Productions, 28C rue Joseph d’Olivier – 31600 MURET within a maximum of fourteen days after the date of request of withdrawal.

This deadline is deemed to be respected if you return the goods before the expiration of the period of fourteen days.

Your responsibility is engaged only with regard to the depreciation of the good resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and the good functioning of this good.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, if applicable, a method of delivery other than the less expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will reimburse using the same means of payment as that which you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different means; in any event, this reimbursement will not incur any costs for you.
