Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) were established on November 25, 2017.

These terms and conditions of sale are agreed between Jungle Doc Productions, a SARL (limited liability company) with capital of €1,200, whose registered office is located at 28C rue Joseph d’Olivier – 31600 MURET – FRANCE, registered in the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register under number 518 272 573, Intra-Community VAT number FR48518272273, hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” and on the other hand, any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the jungledoc.com website and hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”.

1/ Purpose of the contract

These Terms and Conditions of Sale set out the contractual provisions between the Company and the Customer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made on the jungledoc.com e-commerce site, whether the customer is a business or a consumer. The purchase of goods on the jungledoc.com site implies the Customer’s unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2/ Products offered for sale

These are the products listed in the catalog on the jungledoc.com website. These products are offered while stocks last. Each item includes a description provided by the Company. Although the photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible, they may differ slightly from the product sold, particularly in terms of color.

3/ Geographic area

The online sale of products featured on the jungledoc.com website is not geographically restricted.

4/ Rates

The prices of products listed in the jungledoc.com catalog are inclusive of all taxes, with the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order. Any change in the rate will be reflected in the price of the products. The Company reserves the right to modify its prices. However, the price applicable to the Customer will be the one listed in the catalog on the date of the order. The prices indicated do not include shipping costs, which will be indicated on the order summary before payment.

5/ Orders

Customers wishing to purchase one or more products on the jungledoc.com website must follow the procedure below:

• selecting the product and adding it to the cart
• view your shopping cart by hovering your mouse over “My Cart” in the top right corner
• they can then either continue shopping by going to another product page or click on “Checkout.”

If the customer clicks on “Order,” a summary will appear showing: the product(s) selected, with the option to change the quantity or remove a product; the total amount including tax; shipping costs; the total excluding tax; and the amount of VAT.

They then have the option to return to the catalog or click on “Next.” If they click on “Next,” they will be taken to the “Log in” page. They then have two options:

• if they have already placed an order on the jungledoc.com website, they must log in under “Already registered” by entering their email address and password.
• if this is their first order on jungledoc.com, they will need to create an account by entering their email address in the “Create my account” field.
• They will then be directed to a first page where they will need to enter their first name, last name, email address, and password.
• He must check the box regarding “Customer Data Confidentiality.”
• Then click on “Register.” You will then be redirected to the “Order Summary.”
  If they click “Next,” they will be prompted to enter their contact information: first name, last name, address, zip code, city, country, and phone number.
• The next screen will prompt them to enter a billing address that is different from the shipping address.
• Next, they will be taken to the “Shipping costs” page, where they can (if necessary) choose their delivery method and must check the box “I have read the terms and conditions of sale and agree to them without reservation. (Read the Terms and Conditions of Sale)”.
• Finally, he will be directed to the payment page.

The customer will then receive an email message to confirm their order.

The Company reserves the right of ownership of the products ordered by the Customer until full payment for the order has been received and cleared.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order from a Customer for whom there is an outstanding dispute regarding payment for a previous order.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products presented in the catalog on the jungledoc.com website and available for sale.

The Company undertakes to fulfill orders received on the jungledoc.com website, subject to availability.

6/ Payments

Payment for purchases made on the jungledoc.com website can be made via PayPlug.

Le paiement sur PayPlug se fait sur une plateforme sécurisée. En particulier, les données concernant la carte de paiement du Client se font sur cette plateforme et non sur le site jungledoc.com.

Bank details are not entered on the jungledoc.com website but on the online payment site.

7/ Shipping and delivery times

The Company undertakes to ship orders placed on the website within three business days in France, subject to payment validation.

Packages are sent:

• in mainland France, Monaco, and Andorra, the Customer can choose between:
  • Colissimo. La Poste guarantees delivery to your mailbox within 48 hours.
  • Mondial Relay: delivery time of approximately 5 days to a pickup point.
• In France’s overseas regions and departments: by Colissimo. Delivery time between 5 and 22 days.
• in the European Union and Switzerland: Colissimo. Delivery to your mailbox within 96 hours.
• In Norway, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria: Colissimo. Delivery time between 3 and 15 days.
• other regions: Delivengo. Delivery time: between 3 and 15 days.

For France, Monaco, and Andorra, if the products have not been delivered within 7 days of the order date, except in cases of force majeure (strike, natural or industrial disaster, etc.), the Customer may cancel their purchase by sending us an email at contact[ate]jungledoc.com (replace [ate] with @) or by calling us at +33 7 70 90 95 55. The amount paid will then be refunded.

The customer has 70 days from the date of shipment of the order to inform us that it has not been received and to request cancellation of the order, thereby obtaining a full refund. After this period, no order cancellations will be accepted.

The Customer must check that the delivered products are in good condition. Any anomalies noted, such as a missing item, damaged package, etc., must be reported within 4 days of receipt, as confirmed by the Customer’s signature upon delivery.

8/ Invoice

The Customer can find the invoice for their order by logging into their customer account on the jungledoc.com website, under the “Order history” section. A link allows him to download this document in PDF format.

9/ Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The deadline expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the product(s).

To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must provide us at Jungle Doc Productions, 28C rue Joseph d’Olivier – 31600 Muret, France, contact[at] jungledoc.com (replace [at] with @), your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement sent by post or email.

You can also use the withdrawal form. If you use this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal by email.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice, , where applicable, a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you.

We may defer the refund until we have received the goods. Returned items must be new, in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and with all accessories (documents, labels, etc.).

The Customer must keep proof of delivery of the package. In the absence of this proof, no exchange or refund will be granted in the event of loss of the package.

You must return or hand back the goods to us at the above address without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the products.

10/ Data protection

Your personal data is necessary for opening a customer account and for managing and tracking your orders.

If you wish, you can subscribe to our newsletter using the form available on all pages of the website or by checking the appropriate box when creating your account.

The data we collect is not transferred or sold to third parties. They are only used in connection with the Company’s commercial activities: communications related to orders, promotions, new products, special offers, etc.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, amended in 2004, you have the right to access and rectify information concerning you, which you can exercise by contacting Jungle Doc Productions at 28C rue Joseph d’Olivier – 31600 MURET – FRANCE or by notifying us via our contact form on the jungledoc.com website.

You may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of data concerning you.

11/ Acceptance of terms and conditions

By checking the box “I have read the general terms and conditions of sale and I accept them without reservation. (Read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale)” before confirming their order, the Customer acknowledges that they have read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in full and that they accept them.
