Delivery

Your product is shipped within 2 working days maximum after receipt of your payment. Deliveries are made:

• in France by Mondial Relay (delivery time 3 days). The package can be collected from a relay point.
• elsewhere by Colissimo. The package will be delivered by the postal services of your country. In mailboxes in most cases.

The package is prepared by us. It will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 72 hours in France, 96 hours in Europe. No deadline can be announced for other countries.

Shipping costs include packing, handling and postage. We advise you to group your purchases in one order. We can not group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk. Special care is given to the package containing fragile products.
